Business Intelligence Consultant
Job description
To strengthen our team, we are looking for enthusiastic consultants, who are determined to build a career as a business intelligence professional. Ideally, you have a master degree and a strong background in economics. You are a team player and enjoy cooperating with your colleagues, but you’re also able to master difficult topics independently. You are committed to develop your skills through training and on-the-job learning. You are willing to build up your expertise by learning everything there is to know about business intelligence: from developing and implementing a BI platform through analyzing requirements and designing solutions until finally mastering the entire cycle and becoming an end-2-end BI architect. You aspire to work for one of our international and demanding customers, located in Flemish Brabant, Limburg, Antwerp or Brussels and engage yourself to deliver excellence in every aspect of your work.
Profile
- Master degree with strong economic affinity.
- A strong interest in management information systems and performance management.
- 1 year or more of experience in Business Intelligence
- Hands-on experience with one or more BI tools. Experience with IBM Cognos is a plus.
- Analytical mindset and strong functional analysis skills.
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Eager to learn. Determination to become an all-round business intelligence professional.
