Inside Sales Coordinators
Function:
In this position, you will be responsible for the administration of our European customers. You will handle complex data by making use of advanced technology (data warehouse, pivot tables, excel, diagrams). You will provide data to Management and will develop customer documentation and reports. You will also serve as a liaison between the U.S. Company and the European customers by receiving, reviewing, quoting, entering and acknowledging customer stock inquiries and orders . In addition, you will coordinate a variety of administrative customer service operations.
Profile:
Strong knowledge of Pcs and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). Able to develop statistical analysis. Ability to organize work efficiently and set priorities. Ability to multi task and work in a fast pace environment. Fluent in English and French (any additional language is a plus). Excellent communication skills. Rigor and precision are required for that job. Overall you are a flexible and stress resistant person with an analytical mind who can work well in a continuously changing environment.
