Product supply manager
Position in organisation:
- Reports to the General Manager
- Full time position
Function purpose:
The main task of the product supply manager is to organize and manage the internal and external production process and supply chain with respect to cost efficiency, quality and delivery time.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and organization of production process (internal and external with subcontractors)
- Order handling from component supply, assembly to final delivery.
- Manage production files for all existing and new products.
- Cost calculations of products.
- Quality management of the production process (e.g. RMA analyses)
- Build out supplier network and maintain good working relationship.
- Price negotiations with Suppliers.
- Stock management via ERP system.
- Preparing goods for shipment.

Competences:
1. In relationship to the function
- Able to understand and read technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of quality systems
- Good documentation and organization skills.
- Good knowledge (written and verbal) in English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office program
- Experience with ERP systemsPersona

Degrees
- Bachelor Industrial engineer
- Supply – Logistic Management
- Driver license B
