Executive Assistant, Chief Executive’s Office Location: London, UK Salary: From £27,680 per annum Working hours: Full time, 35 hours per week Contract type: Fixed term contract until 31 May 2013 Closing Date: 15 March February 2013

The role Executive assistant, the role will provide key support to the CEO’s office in helping achieve the new global strategy, People First.
Key responsibility areas will include support to the CEO, GLT & IB along with general administrative support.
The applicant To be successful in the role you must be able to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities and have excellent attention to detail. Flexibility will also be key to meet the demands of the office and the various stakeholders. You will have an administrative background and thus possess high level of organisational and IT skills. There is a high requirement for confidentiality and dealing with sensitive information.
