Sales Manager

You are looking for a new professional challenge as a people manager handling sales and technics in an international company, you are a skilled manager but also a real teamplayer… then join our team, we need your skills.



Your mission :

Develop, plan and execute the commercial strategy and reach the accorded objectives in value creation, market share, net sales, margins and net assets;
Provide leadership, inspiration and motivation to manage the Belgian sales team in all operational aspects: results, objectives, motivations, improvements;
Monitor and establish service levels of the central services online with the requirements of the construction business and with group practices;
Identify improvements in company processes that will further enhance the customer experience, reduce costs, or improve overall efficiency;
Develop strong relationships with key customers.


You:

Bachelor or Master in a commercial or technical discipline;
Fluent in Dutch, English and French;
Experience on sales of technical products through a specialized distribution (Direct and Indirect);
Proven sales management experience and strong people leadership (managing through people);
Previous P&L responsibility, finance and revenue management;
Market and customer insight (trend, analysis and development);
Customer minded and strong people leadership;
Experienced on multinational/multicultural companies;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Sense of diplomacy and negotiation;
Teamplayer, dynamic and full of initiative
