Information/Knowledge Centre Assistant


In the Office of the Secretary General, the successful candidate will assist the Secretary General with the Energy Charter's Knowledge Centre, public relations, including preparation of reports and reviews for publication in English and Russian, preparation of press releases and events, the launch and maintenance of a new Energy Charter website (in English and Russian) and a database of international contacts.
The successful candidate is expected to have the following:
  • Excellent knowledge of both English and Russian with proven drafting skills
  • Ability to translate from English to Russian
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience with academic institutions, public affairs, press relations, and the energy sector will be advantageous.
This post is at B5 (Coordinated Organisations scale) level.
The post will be offered on the basis of a three-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of renewal. The Energy Charter Secretariat is an equal opportunities employer. Candidates must be nationals of a signatory country.
