Lead .Net Analyst-Developer


What your job will look like

You mainly work on internal projects, but sometimes also for external customers. Your main tasks include:
  • coaching junior developers
  • taking the technical lead of the NET team
  • analysing requests
  • participating in defining a strategy and standards in the NET environment
  • being responsible for the technical architecture of the applications
  • analysing, developing, maintaining, documenting and testing applications
  • rewriting existing applications (done with VS 2005) with the NET framework 4
  • participating in the development of new projects using the NET framework 4

Your profile

You have:
  • at least a bachelor's degree in IT
  • a minimum of 6 years' working experience in .NET programming, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in entity Framework, MVVM, MVC, WCF (NET framework 3.5 or 4)
  • good coaching skills
  • extensive experience with ASP.NET; experience in Silverlight (or WPF) is an added value
  • a good knowledge of MS SQL Server 2005/2008
  • a thorough understanding of the .NET Framework and web-related technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, IIS, XSLT, CSS, AJAX)
  • the ability to follow the Software Development Cycle from start to finish (analyse, design, develop, document, test, debug)
  • excellent analytical and communication skills and a creative and problem-solving 
    attitude
  • the ability to work independently but you also are an outstanding team player
  • an outstanding customer-oriented and service-minded attitude
  • good communication skills in Dutch, English and French
