Personnel Administration Assistant


What your job will look like

As a Personnel Administration Assistant, you will:
  • prepare employment contracts, addenda and special clauses
  • complete social documents (e.g. time credit, health insurance, etc.)
  • reply to basic HR questions regarding social welfare and employment legislation, time credit, group insurance, etc.
  • enter hires and leavers in SAP

Your profile

  • You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in administration or 1 year in an HR environment.
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch and have a good level of English.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and strong administration skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • You have an eye for detail.
  • You are an excellent team player.
  • You are professional, discrete, service-minded and eloquent.
