Commercial Management Trainee
As a Commercial Management Trainee you start in a function in sales or in commodity trading.
As a sales employee you provide added value and solutions for our clients. For example you sell flour to animal feed mixers or sunflower oil to fast moving consumer goods producers.
As a commodity trader you buy and sell raw food-materials worldwide. You make a daily analysis of the various market and price developments, you assess the risk elements and you take action accordingly.
You will receive a broad hands-on experience that will provide the foundation for a potential management position.
In the European Graduate Program, you could expect some or all of the following experiences within the first two years with Cargill:
-Initial assignment to a job
-On-going formal soft skill development and on the job training

Qualifications
-Recent university degree in economics, agricultural science or business administration-Willingness to travel and flexibility to relocate to other countries
-Fluency in Dutch preferred! Fluency in English. Knowledge of another European language will be a plus.
