Specific Minimum Qualifications and Expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 - Interest in environmental issues (desirable)

 - Excellent numerical skills and strong ability to analyse data
 - Proven IT skills, including MS Office and use of bespoke databases
 - Ability to organise and prioritise a shifting workload
 - Good team player and ability to work under own initiative
 - Degree (desirable)
 
Purpose
To provide support to the Fuelling & Sustainability team in the administration of a number of renewable schemes including the Renewables Obligation and Climate Change Levy exemption for renewables.
Key Outputs and Deliverables
- Respond to queries from stakeholders relating to fuelled generating stations
 - Approve feedstock templates from anaerobic digestion stations
 - Perform checks on accreditation applications from fuelled stations
 - Perform checks on monthly data submitted for ROC, LEC and REGO claims
 - Provide support to the Fuelling & Sustainability team in the preparation and execution of our annual processes
 - Work on ad hoc projects as necessary
 
Key Stakeholder Relationships
- Internal – IT Support, New Schemes Development
 - External – Operators of fuelled renewable generating stations and agents, consultants and auditors acting on their behalf
 
Key Accountabilities
- Conducting reviews of accreditation applications within a 10 day key performance indicator target
 - Responding to emails with a 2 day key performance indicator target
 - Review and approval of feedstock templates for Anaerobic Digestion generating stations
 - Accurate, concise and courteous communication with stakeholders
 - Accurate record keeping and ensuring a robust audit trail of correspondence
