In this new role, you will work to grow philanthropic support for WWF’s work through the Campaign for a Living Planet: establishing and maintaining strong, long-term funding relationships with senior donors and foundations, and doubling our gift income to £4m by 2018. You will also lead and manage the Major Gifts Unit, taking responsibility for budgeting, target-setting, annual operational plans and team KPIs.
An experienced fundraiser with a substantial, senior-level track record, you will also need outstanding communication skills and strong strategic insight. Experience of leading and inspiring others is key, along with experience of successfully influencing senior-level stakeholders.
