TEAM LEADER/SOCIAL INCLUSION-EMPLOYMENT EXPERT
Qualification:
· University degree in field of social sciences or equivalent professional experience of 10 years in the area relevant to the assignment
· Full computer literacy in office applications
· Good command of English
· Knowledge of regional language will be an asset
General Professional Experience:
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of social inclusion experience in disability issues will be an asset
Specific Professional Experience:
· Minimum 3 years of experiences in managerial positions such as team leader, project leader or equivalent
· Minimum 5 experiences in social inclusion projects/programmes
· Experience in the development and implementation of active employment policies aiming at improving the employability of vulnerable groups and aiming at enhancing opportunities for entrepreneurship
· Evaluation of active employment measures including managing grant scheme
· Experience in preparation, management, implementation, monitoring, coordination of grant schemes
· Experience in GAP Analysis/ Labour market needs analysis will be an asset
· Using Monitoring Information System (MIS) will be an asset
· Experience in the region will be an asset
GRANT MANAGEMENT EXPERT
Qualification:
· University degree in field of social science, or equivalent professional experience of minimum 10 years in the area relevant to the assignment
· Full computer literacy in office applications
· Good command of English
· Knowledge of regional language will be an asset
General Professional Experience :
· Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the field of social inclusion
Specific Professional Experience :
· Minimum 4 years of experience in grant schemes in which the EU rules and procedures were applied
· Experience in monitoring grant scheme project
· Experience in delivering training material will be an asset
· Experience in the region will be an asset
· Experience in disability issues will be an asset
