Senior Expert on state finance control - twinning

Development of three twinning projects in the area of public finance management in Ukraine

Description - Senior Expert on state finance control  (25 man days)

Qualifications and skills

• University degree or equivalent.

General professional experience

• Experience acquired in three countries, at least I year in each. Preference will be given to experience, gained in ENPI countries, accession or potential candidate countries;
• A minimum of 10 years of general professional experience. Minimum 3 years experience in public finance control.

Specific professional experience

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in public finance/Member State's administration in the area of PFM;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislative and policy issues will be a strong advantage;
• Proven experience in drafting twinning fiches (minimum 3) and/or proven experience in twinning projects (minimum 2 projects);

Language skills

• The Expert should possess an excellent conunand of both written and spoken English. Working knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian language is an advantage.

Working language is English
