Specific Minimum Qualifications and Expertise
- IT literate, with proven expertise in the use of databases, preferably HRIS/Payroll systems. iTrent experience is preferable.
 - Strong numerical and analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
 - Excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills.
 - Understand nature of HR/Payroll work
 - Experience of data protection requirements in an organisation, discretion in handling sensitive/confidential data
 - Systematic and analytical approach to problem solving
 - Demonstrable ability to work well in a team.
 
Purpose
To provide system support to the Head of Payroll and Pension with the  HR/Payroll system (iTrent), to support the users of iTrent across the organisation including employee and manager self service.
Key Outputs and Deliverables
- Provide system support for HRIS/Payroll system (iTrent)
 - Responsible for setting up new users and allocating correct roles to users
 - Re-set passwords and resolve user and technical issues
 - Resolve user and technical issues
 - Training new users to system
 - Maintain the system’s workflow process
 - Ensure the organisation structure within the system is kept up to date in relation to posts, positions and reporting lines
 - Manage the system email in-box and forward emails to relevant teams within the Management Information and Payroll team or Human Resources
 - Run reports for end of month Third Party payments
 - Run monthly and ad-hoc reports from iTrent and Business Objects
 - Updating documentation
 - Trouble shooting and proactively maintaining data integrity
 - Functionality testing
 - Ad hoc support in monthly input process
 - Ad hoc support to Management Information and Payroll team
 - Set up new employees on Finance system (Sun Systems)
