Location: Lincolnshire
Are you a 'people person' - friendly and enthusiastic, with the ability to inspire support for wildlife?
Are you self-motivated, with a proven track record in sales or face-to-face recruitment of new members?
Do you want to make a huge difference for people and nature, as part of a high performing team?
If so, then you might be just the character we are looking for to be at the forefront of building membership support for the RSPB - a truly amazing organisation that delivers for nature in the UK and worldwide. You will meet the public at varied sites and events across your area and inspire people to become members of the RSPB using remarkable stories about how the RSPB is working to save nature.
You will need to be able to load and unload large and bulky displays at all times including outside of normal office hours, and you must be comfortable with daily travel across the region as the sites you will visit are not usually served by public transport.
The RSPB is highly committed to its staff: it invests in leadership development, provides relevant training and development opportunities, and a learning culture to help you to succeed in your role.
If this sounds like your dream job we look forward to hearing from you.
