Communications & Resources Co-ordinator, Volunteer Programme
£20,903 – £23,396 per annum (depending on relevant skills and experience), 37.5 hours per week, based in central Bristol.
The many exciting challenges of this role will include the responsibility for delivering the volunteer communications plan which will mean the co-ordination and delivery of the national volunteer programme communications and managing and developing volunteer specific websites and volunteer content as well as ensuring central support resources meet the demands of the evolving programme.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have experience in managing e-communications, of producing communications materials suitable for a variety of audiences, of managing and developing websites and experience of generating, writing and commissioning material for websites and print. With a background and understanding of volunteering and volunteer supervision, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent administration, organisation and time management skills and the ability to use your own initiative. A high level of IT literacy is essential as is your commitment to the promotion of sustainable transport.
