- Technical specialists with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Local governance
- Local economic development
- Civic and community engagement
- Youth and workforce development
- Gender
- Advanced degree in a relevant field required
- Minimum of five years of management experience in local governance, local economic development, or a related field, preferably in Eastern Europe and/or a post-conflict environment
- Success in building the capacity of municipal governments and local economies
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
- Fluency in English and Albanian and/or Serbian required
- Administrative and support positions:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Human Resources Management
- Grants Administration
- Project Administration
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or equivalent in relevant technical specialty
- Minimum five years of relevant work experience
- USAID or other donor experience strongly desired
- Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
- Fluency in English and Albanian or Serbian required
