About your environment

Cancer Council Victoria has been leading the fight against cancer since 1936 by focussing on research, prevention, support and advocacy programs that deliver better outcomes for people affected by cancer. The Communications, Community Relations and Fundraising (CCR&F) Division is responsible for raising funds to support Cancer Council's prevention, research and support programs. The division is also responsible for the public profile of Cancer Council, its CEO as well as fundraising, research and support programs. The Operations Program manages the operational requirements of the fundraising programs and includes Outbound Calling Services.

About your opportunity

We are seeking an Outbound Call Project Officer to join the Operations team. Your role is responsible for providing outbound calling services to our supporters for a variety of fundraising programs in order to generate income. You will plan and implement outbound calling campaigns in collaboration with fund raising teams, record registrations and feedback and oversee corporate volunteers and casual staff.

All about you

With a secondary education and demonstrated experience in a similar call centre or related role you will have excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation and good computer skills, including the ability to use databases. You will also have excellent organisational abilities and the ability to work as part of a team.

This part-time (9 day fortnight) permanent position which provides a Total Equivalent Package Value within range $51,473 - $57,191 pa (pro rata $46,325 - $51,472 (includes base salary, superannuation, annual leave loading and maximum benefit of salary packaging).
