About your environment

Cancer Council Victoria has been leading the fight against cancer since 1936 by focussing on research, prevention, support and advocacy programs that deliver better outcomes for people affected by cancer. The CRM Business Systems team is a service team and a resource to stakeholders on all matters relating to the CRM, web and database systems, which capture the fundraising supporter information.

About your opportunity

We are seeking a Development Team Leader to join the CRM Business Systems team. Your role is responsible for the day-to-day management, development and support of the business applications and databases used for managing Cancer Council supporters. You will work closely with the Program Manager and actively contribute to the development of systems and application of CRM philosophy across all fundraising relationships, including high value supporter management, mass relationship development and the associated administrative systems and procedures. You will be the point of contact on matters requiring technical business systems subject expertise.

All about you

With relevant tertiary qualifications and strong hands on development experience in the management, development and support of CRM systems, web systems, IT projects and data systems, you will possess the ability to develop technical environments including the design of large scale solutions, documentation and management of operational procedures and definition of metrics. With strong interpersonal, customer service and team management skills, you will be self-motivated with a structured approach to issue resolution.

What we can offer you

This full-time fixed term position for 2 years provides a Total Equivalent Package Value within range $70,181 - $77,977 pa (includes base salary, superannuation, annual leave loading and maximum benefit of salary packaging).
