Responsibilities:
- Executive Assistant duties include: managing calendars; arranging travel for executive team members and employees; collecting reports for executive review; attending meetings and taking minutes; and performing occasional Personal Assistant tasks.
- Office Management duties include: distributing mail, ordering office supplies, greeting visitors, faxing, filing, printing, shipping, etc.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively with minimal supervision.
- Strong computer skills: capable of using desktop applications, Powerpoint, Open Office and MS Office, and the Internet.
- Understands information technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills: able to effectively and concisely express needs.
- Excellent writing skills: able to contribute to proposal writing and all other business communications, proficient typing skills >50wpm.
- Possesses good judgment, makes good decisions, and can proactively anticipate needs.
- Adaptability: able to work in a small/dynamic technical company environment.
- Team player who shows enthusiasm for his or her work.
