Major role of the position is to plan, organize and manage overall operations & team to ensure stable operation of the organization's Application Software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, support and optimize key business processes & functional areas
- Implement & maintain Business software, Operational software, Web & Mobile applications & Communication software
- Manage Media ERP System being used for 365 days operation of media house
- Coordinate and manage Core ERP System as well as ensure operation & integration with other software system components
- Plan, design, manage & optimize multiple web portal & maximize its' stability
- Identify opportunities for business processes improvement to boost business efficiency
Experience and other requirements:
- 6 years or above working experience on Application implementation & operation in a complex Business environment.
- 1or 2 years experience on managing and delivering application implementation, design and operational excellence.
- 1 or more year successful leadership of an application team.
- Certifications on Database, application tools etc.
- Excellent capability to translate client requirement to technical implementation.
General requirements
- B. Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering
- Should have excellent interpersonal skill
- Must have willingness to work in different shift
- Mentality to perform other duties as per requirement
