Your assignment
After an introductory training period, you join our Compensation & Benefits team, where you are responsible for the setup and follow-up of international payrolls, fringe benefits, split payrolls and international employment contracts. Furthermore, you assist in the standardisation and optimisation of our global compensation and benefits policies. You act as a first point of contact for employees as far as compensation & benefits related matters are concerned.
Your profile
- You have a legal background (minimum Bachelor level), and you have a thorough knowledge of social security, tax and/or labour law.
- You have 3 to 5 years experience in (international) payroll or in a comp & ben related function, and you are looking for a new challenge in an international context.
- You have a thorough knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- You enjoy working in a team, are flexible, analytical, practical, and thorough.
- You are available for occasional business trips.
