Our Client - A UK-registered copper mining company whose main assets are located in Asia. They have significant copper deposits that now need to be developed.
Job Description - Working alongside other site geologists, mine engineers, geotechnical engineers and Senior Project Management, you will provide geological services to the mine site during design, development and on to full operations. Your responsibilities will include devising standard operating procedures, safety criteria, planning and managing mine drill programs, undertaking geological and structural mapping, Quality Control and preparing and maintaining mine planning and production models.
Candidate Requirements - Candidates should possess a tertiary qualification in geology. You Must have working knowledge of Copper, precious or base metal mining operations and the ability to interpret data and utilise modeling and planning software.
