Your assignment
As a QHSE Coordinator you are performing all tasks to maintain and sustain the QHSE system of Tideway. The QHSE system of Tideway is certified in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, VCA, ISM, ISPS, and other valid regulations such as NORSOK, NMD, etc.
The system is in a process of continuous improvement and is therefore adjusted on a regular base. This improvement process is triggered through adjustment of company rules, government's regulations and/or client's requests. You are alert to opportunities for improving efficiency, and work in close collaboration with our supporting departments.

Your profile
• You have a maritime background (preferably sailed for some time as Mate, Captain or Engineer);
• You have a proven track record on QHSE;
• You have relevant qualifications (e.g. QA, MVK, VCA, etc.);
• You are a communicator, no negotiator;
• You have auditing skills;
• You are positively critical with a practical view on QHSE execution matters;
• You have reporting and processing skills;
• You will be travelling to sites and vessels;
• You are attending courses, seminars and other job related meetings if required;
• You are stationed in our Breda office;
• You report to the QHSE Manager.
