Package is the key driver and final decision point for consumer to decide to buy. In addition to lead and manage the package graphics group, to develop package graphics for mainly GA or SSD category brands based on the brand strategy.
This position will take a role to lead the development of a standard packaging graphics design process for across categories/brands involving cross functional stakeholders and continue to improve operating effectiveness supported by senior managers of packaging graphics. Also this position supports VP of marketing Activation for group management.
Function Specific Activities:
• Lead the development of Package designs and materials by using the scientific knowledge for brands which are in charge of, within required time frame
• Manage and control the budget of the Package development cost
• Make a study/research of package design systematically in order to develop the more marketable package designs.
• Review and develop new process/system related to package graphics design work in order to maximize efficiency/safety and minimize the costs
• Establish and maintain value-based relationship with other function members (QA, R&D, CCBSC, Brand, etc), suppliers, agencies and designers.
• Support and manage the member of Packaging Graphics Group and lead the project around the package development work.

Experience, Skils and Qualifications Required:
• Over 10 year consumer product design development experience
• Consumer Knowledge: Knowledge of consumer/shopper behaviour in order to develop effective sales promotion programs and drive increase in consumer purchases
• Graphic Application Capabilities: Knowledge of the limits and capabilities of various innovative graphic applications
• Creative Concept Evaluation: Ability to evaluate creative concepts and executions based on creativity, strategic alignment and consumer impact.
• Research Analysis Skills
• Third-Party Capabilities: Knowledge of the capabilities of The Company’s relevant contracted vendors / suppliers / agencies
• Legal Limitations: Knowledge of local legal limitations about package communication
• Project Management: Ability to manage projects to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria) to establish clear goals and accountabilities, including the ability to develop project plans, allocate resources, identify potential issues/risks and develop contingency plans
• Understanding of the Coca-Cola System and value chain
Minimum Required Education:
University degree of Fine Arts & Design ? at least 4 year university professional degree
