Team Leader
Experience and capacities in managing and coordinating large development projects, knowledge of district health planning and management, and community health, and communication and facilitation.
Minimum Qualifications:
● A Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in social sciences or other related discipline;
● At least fifteen years of progressively responsible experience in Monitoring and Evaluation or project management of programs of similar scope and requirements in developing countries. At least five of these years should be in the CIS region;
● At least five years of experience in evaluations and/or assessments is required;
● Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills are required; and
● Fluency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Russian (Tajik) an advantage.
