As an inside sales representative, you sell these kinds of Commerce solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. You own the entire sales process from first contact to close, with outbound calling and warm lead follow-up along the way. But it doesn't stop with managing the Sales pipeline--with every product change and new feature, you are ready to present and articulate them to your clients to make their offerings even stronger.
Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new accounts for a designated territory and/or industry sector.
Analyze and match Google solutions to customer requirements.
Maximize customer retention through developing relationships with key accounts.
Conduct research in the assigned industry sector utilizing various resources (internet, publications, networking, referrals, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience).
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of sales experience, with a history of overachieving targets, preferably in new business acquisition.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills, and an ability to persuade at the executive management level.
Penchant for sales and the internet, with a desire to learn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
