Position Title: Sales Representatives

Location: Patagonia Region, Argentina

In Nalco Argentina, an Ecolab Company, were are constantly seeking or professionals interested in being considered for Sales Representative openings that we might have along the year. Please aply here if you are interested o reside in the South region of the country, in provinces such as Neuquén, Rio Negro, Chubut or Santa Cruz.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ensures the growth of company products and services to the assigned client and prospective accounts by analysing and solving the client's needs, developing and implementing sales plans, selling products and providing customer support for the assigned territory.
Achieves annual sales targets by working together with the District Manager and district Senior sales staff to establish sales strategies.

- Follows directions and establishes new accounts, planning and organizing daily work. Analyses clients' needs, requirements, and recommends strategic plans for solutions. Keeps management informed through reports and communication.
- Achieve or exceed the daily sales requirements assigned by the group. May be accompanied by the District Manager.
- Visits clients' facilities, observes and implements the practical application of the products. Services for assigned accounts. Recommends changes in chemical dosages or equipment. Reports changes and problems to the District Manager and then to customers.
- Starts working with assigned clients to find new applications for existing products. With the help of the District Manager, develops and implements sales plans.
- Exceeds the required level of technical and sales expertise, taking on both responsibilities within the assigned territory. Applies the six service standards and strives to improve the quality and value provided to the clients. Under direct supervision, plans and implements sales and service visits.
- Maintains close contact with the district management regarding account activity, client's needs, pricing, competitors activity, and acceptability of Nalco products.
- Develops and maintains the sales pyramid and other reports or documents required.
- Shows safe driving techniques and looks after the company vehicle and equipment in a professional manner.
- Observes the client's and Nalco safety measures and attends the required safety training sessions.
- Ensures the implementation of the 6 Services Standards.
- Promotes and informs Nalco corporate initiatives such as Customer Feedback Survey within the client's organization.
- Follows the processes applicable to the area, helping to achieve and surpass the expected results as necessary.
- The permanent target is to improve the Quality Management system.
- Commits to the Quality Management system and to make quality and client satisfaction part of the job.
- Complies with all the procedures and programs set by the company to achieve safe and responsible operation.

Qualifications:
- Chemical Engineer Degree or similar
- Experincie in technical or sales roles in related businessess
- Experience in Sales or Marketing
- English & MS Office knowledge.
