If you are interested in working in the Security and Logistics sector with GOAL please note that we are looking out for the following: •Degree in relevant field, other relevant qualifications or suitable work experience •2+ years of overseas logistics experience with an International NGO; •Appropriate skills and experience in the capacity building and training of staff and of developing and implementing systems; •Experience in:
project management,
procurement and planning,
Donor Compliance
Asset Management
vehicle management,
stock control and Warehouse Management
communications systems
IT management systems; •Ability to work under pressure to pursue multiple tasks simultaneously to successful conclusions •Experience of working in insecure environments and knowledge of security requirements •Ability and willingness to travel, including to insecure environments; •Positive attitude towards challenges, ability to work under own initiative to find solutions. Experience in proposal development, budget preparation and report writing desirable.
