• Job Responsibility:

  Propose and prepare IP capacity plan for backbone to ensure business plan target.
  Evaluate and recommend new IP technology impacts on deployment into the network
  Propose the right timing for deployment of new IP technology into the network.
  Analyse demand forecasts, their modelling and recommend its long term impacts on the shape of the future network.
  Analysis RAx current and upcoming network requirements, and identify tasks, responsibilities, milestones, and resources required to implement the planned deployment
  Lead discussions with relevant parties pertaining to demand figures, new services, features, interfaces and network expectations.
  Lead integration of multi-vendor GSM IP nodes (eg. MGW and MSS, HLR, SG, BSS, GPRS and VAS nodes) with MPBN for pure IP bases transport of Signal (SIGTRAN), Voice and Data to ensure reach ability and End to End Connectivity on regular and project basis
  Finalize appropriate Network Devices (Router, Switch, Firewall, Datacom Management Server) as deemed fit at IP backbone network and application layer to meet and manage increasing & diversified traffic demand from different service entity while maintaining network KPI (Quality and availability) and future 3g network requirement.
  Lead the team for analysis, Verification and modification of MOP and PAT (Preliminary Acceptance Test) documents of new projects as deemed necessary to meet business requirements
  
  
  
  

• Educational Qualification :

  B. Sc in EEE / CSE / Telecommunication Engineering from reputed university

• Additional Requirements :

  2 Years working experience on IP Network planning and telecommunication industry 
  
  
  IP Transformation exposure and experience will be an added advantage
  
  
  Strong fundamental knowledge on GSM system
  
  
  Proficient in IP planning
  
  
  Good analytical ability and be a strong team player
