The European Anti-Poverty Network (EAPN) is seeking to recruit a new Director. The Director will work with the Statutory Bodies of EAPN to ensure the strategic development of this major European NGO Network in the field of the fight against poverty and social exclusion in European countries. The post of Director is a full time post based in Brussels.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Extensive experience of working in membership based political or advocacy NGOs or Organisations;
- An ability to motivate and lead an international team and to work with participative team work approaches;
- Thorough knowledge of the policy-making processes and how best to influence decisions;
- Experience of strategic and financial planning, implementation and monitoring.
