KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
OPEPs (Required)
  • Lead / oversee assigned team members in compilation of all types of OPEPs.
  • Oversee Project Management of clients.
  • Develop training plans and assist in the training and development of personnel with regards to OPEPs – globally.
  • Represent and coordinate PTS Environmental interests at industry working groups.
  • Support the expansion of services through the development of new products, attending Sales opportunities and assisting the Global Lead Consultant.
Training (Required)
  • Lead and coordinate preparation and delivery of OPEP roll out training.
  • Lead and coordinate delivery of all types of OSR training.
Exercises (Required)
  • Fulfill the role of directing staff for ER exercises.
  • Fulfill the role directing staff for Oil Spill exercises.
  • Lead in the preparation and delivery of OSR specific exercises.
Oil Spill Capability Audits (Required)
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of Audits (including international travel). 
Administration (Required)
  • Compile proposals and CTRs.  
  • Manage and coordinate financials for lead projects. 
  • Ensure that all time and expenses against the project are accurately recorded and submitted in a timely fashion.
General (Required)
  • Taking the lead with interpretation of requirement, identification of deliverables and the allocation, coordination and management of resources.
  • Manage all aspects of a single or multiple projects (client liaison, coordination & delivery of all work).
  • To ensure that work is co-ordinated with the Company schedule via the Operations Support Coordinator.
  • Responsible for portfolio of clients and ensuring that a quality product is produced across the team and within the confines of the project time frame and budget. 
  • To assist Global Lead Consultant in delivery of agreed KPIs for business growth across a portfolio of clients
  • To assist Global Lead Consultant in the coordination of marketing, and business development to deliver growth plans and opportunities with nominated clients
  • To provide indirect line management to team members.
  • To promote the development of individuals and team in terms of skills, competence and knowledge.
  • To ensure the health and safety of team members in line with PTS policies.
  • To deputise when Global Team Leader is absent.  Delegation of authority to include: authorising CTRs & proposals, authorising expenses, authorising timesheets approval of leave.
