Greg Russo has been with Featherbys for 19 years. He is an accredited specialist in Wills & Estates. He specialises in Estate Planning; Wills and Probate matters.

Featherbys is seeking an ambitious and driven lawyer to join the practice. The position will be broadly based - Family Law; Crime; Advocacy; Litigation; VoCAT; and assisting the senior partners in discrete matters.

GENERAL PRACTICE LAWYER

Featherby’s Lawyers, a dynamic law practice on the Mornington Peninsula has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious lawyer with a minimum of 2 years' experience. The applicant will conduct a general practice with emphasis on Family Law, Crime, Litigation, Advocacy and VOCAT matters. As part of its friendly team and utilising your previous experience, you will be directly responsible to the principal partners.

You will need:

• The ability to conduct matters professionally and in accordance with firm parameters
• The ability to work within budget
• A willingness to build a strong client base
• Good time management and proven organisational skills
• The ability to promote outstanding client service
• The ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills


Your role will be diverse and you will advise a broad base of private clients.

Every day will be different so getting bogged down day after day with the same type of matters will be a thing of the past.

You will enjoy the intellectual challenge as you will also be required to assist the senior partners in complex matters.
