Job Description
- Manage Employee Services program and facilities such as cafeteria, lockers, transportation, uniform and etc.
- Plan and manage Employee Relations and Welfare activities which include
- Organize and coordinate employee events such as Annual Dinner, sport and recreation, recognition programs and etc
- Develop and manage formal and informal employee communication channels to understand the pulse of the company
- Coordinate counseling and coaching activities
- Administer Industrial Relations matter relating to staff discipline, grievances, domestic inquiries and other activities
- Liaise with government offices and agencies pertaining to employee related issue and Malaysia Labour Laws
- Advising top management on issues relating to Labour law to ensure harmonious industrial relations
- Responsible for the full range of supervisory activities
Desired Skills & Experience
- Degree / Diploma in Law (Juries), Human Resource Management or related disciplines
- At least 8 years relevant working experience in IR/ER preferably in operations/manufacturing environment Well-versed with Malaysian Employment Act, Labour Law, Industrial Relations Law and all local HR practices
- Able to handle multiple tasks with limited supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
- Excellent written and communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English languages
