MAIN OBJECTIVES
Ø Be a proactive team leader and manager in pursuing the overall development of Sepam in line with the company’s vision, mission, objectives, and core values
Ø Takes responsibility for the management and control of projects undertaken by the company
Ø Works closely with the clients to ensure the completion of projects with “Unequalled Quality and Timely Service at a Competitive Price”
Ø Optimizes the utilization of resources and the financial returns from all projects
Ø Ensures that services are delivered in accordance with established performance, safety, and quality standards
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Ø Management and control of Multi-Discipline projects with a focus on Mechanical and Electrical delivery
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
Project Management
Ø Reviews the preparation of proposals, presentations, technical evaluations and cost estimates
Ø Establish a site-specific execution framework that promotes the safety, quality, security, productivity, schedule, cost control, and profitability of the project
Ø Utilizes insight and experience by providing recommendations on strategy, best practices and other operational issues
Ø Maintains a positive cash-flow of the project
Ø Ensures that all third party interests are maintained in accordance with good business practices at all times
Ø Prepares and closely monitors budget for each project in accordance with the CCS
Ø Meets project targets on sales margin and cash flow as specified in the CCS
Ø Turns over project on-time
Ø Ensures that safe work practices are followed at all times and zero accident incidence is maintained
Ø Complies with legal regulations concerning labour and personnel welfare
Ø Prepares and implements project plan, standards and procedures in accordance with company, client and project requirements
Ø Makes sure that the project control functions for material takeoff and quantity measurement are maintained in line with the company and client’s standards
Ø Complies with Engineering standard requirements for the project, as well as statutory audit requirements
Ø Protects Sepam’s interests in the contract with the Client and with subcontractors and suppliers
Ø Ensures that the company’s procurement procedures are strictly adhered to
Ø Maintains correct manning levels in accordance with company ratios
Ø Develops and Implements ISTO procedures
Ø Ensures submission of financial reports on-time
People Management
Ø Effectively manage labor resources and labor contracts in a harmonious manner
Ø Keeps Corporate HR informed of any HR issues and any significant problems
Ø Assists with personnel decisions including hiring, terminations, wage decisions, and promotions
Ø Conducts performance appraisals as required
Ø Formulates and implements employee corrective actions as needed
Ø Provides leadership through effective goal setting, delegation, and communication
Ø Directs and assigns personnel
Ø Provides assistance and support as needed
Client Relationship
Ø Establishes and maintains harmonious business relationship with clients
Ø Submits regular progress reports to keep the clients well-informed
Ø Develops business contacts and generate new business projects for the company
Ø Promote client relations at the site, and identify opportunities for up sell of services
Monitoring and Reporting
Ø Monitors closely ongoing projects
Ø Submits regular progress reports to the General Manager

Ø The Project Manager will be reporting to the General Manager
