Department
The objective of the BBC’s Finance Effectiveness (FE) programme is to deliver a more effective and efficient Finance function. Finance Effectiveness is about fine tuning and improving the things we do and how we do them, driving better value from the money we spend on running the BBC’s finance function.
FE implementation is well under way with the Centre of Excellence team recruited and in their new roles. The next phase is delivering the transition of some of the work currently undertaken in Divisional Finance to the Centre of Excellence (based in Cardiff), including standardisation across the divisions where practical.
