It is also home to the world’s only terminal dedicated to Qatar Airways First and Business Class passengers.
About Your Job: This role will ensure that we offer the highest levels of service delivery to all passengers utilizing the airport by: -
  •  Ensuring management of security flow through terminal and compliance to laid down standards and procedures.
  • Gathering comprehensive customer service feedback data and presents to the Manager Quality Assurance and Customer Service in a timely fashion.
  • Supervising the Information Desk Agent to ensure they continuously provides 5 star services to all the passengers and adhere to safety policy and security standards of the company
About You:
  • Degree in Business discipline / Hotel / Hospitality management from a recognized institute.
  • 5 years of job-related relevant experience required in a similar position and capacity in an operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience of DCS with proficiency in computer applications are essential requirements of the job.
  • Must be well versed with all regulations and requirements of airport facilities, systems and procedures.
  •  Applicants must have a pleasing personality with excellent communication skills in spoken written English and Arabic.
