About your Job::
In this role you will be responsible for planning, implementing, maintaining, and managing Voice Technology for production and development environments. You will be handling Infrastructure Design, Capacity Planning, Availability Planning, IT Service Continuity, and Supplier Management. You will manage, provide support for all the relevant technology architecture, and design related requirements (including costs), project support, and technical support and System Administration activities.

You will manage the technical expertise within the team so that resources are appropriately and effectively allocated for the design, support and system administration activities based on their skill level and operational requirements, and their access to the production environment is accordingly controlled. You will manage the development, design, maintenance and documentation of all the technology products. You will be responsible for ensuring all security and other operating system patches are promptly identified, reviewed and assessed for their impact on the relevant environment and accordingly implemented on the relevant technologies.

You will be responsible for the professional and efficient System Administration of Voice technology restricting access to the production environments in compliance with the ID and Access Management policies. You will provide technical consultancy and guidance to the team members, other technical teams, Support teams and Information Services teams
About You:: 
 
To be successful in the role you must hold a Bachelor's degree either Computer Science or Engineering. You must have at least 8 years experience in software development, with at least 2 years management. You will have a good understanding of PABX, Call Centre, Voice Technology systems.
