 Position Summary 
 
 
Creative seeks candidates for a part-time Senior Anti-Corruption Project Advisor. This consultancy will provide guidance on design and implementation of an upcoming anti-corruption policy project. S/he will advise on the development, use, and delivery of comparative anti-corruption policies and practices around the world and how this can be applied in the context of the Middle East. This position will be responsible for leading an anti-corruption training, developing relationships with universities and institutions, and participating in comparative practice study tours.
 
 
 Reporting and Supervision 
 
 
This position will report to the Project Director in Washington, DC.
 
 
 Duties and Responsibilities 
 
 
The Senior Anti-Corruption Project Advisor will:
  • Provide overall guidance on the strategic design and implementation of the project;
  • Advise on the development, use, and delivery of comparative anti-corruption policy and practice around the world and how this can be applied in the context of certain countries in the Middle East;
  • Identify and recruit prominent university and institutional partners active in the anti-corruption field that can host project activities and serve as examples of best practice;
  • Develop an anti-corruption training curriculum for a six day course with 12, two-hour modules that will result in a writing assignment;
  • Deliver the anti-corruption training course three times over the course of two years;
  • Develop the relationships and support the development of the study tour agendas and accompany participant, as needed.
 
 
 Required Skills and Qualifications 
 
 
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible, substantive knowledge in governance and development programming experience with a focus on anti-corruption;
  • Graduate degree in law, economics, political science, sociology or another international development related area
  • Previous experience developing relationships with universities, foundations, etc.
 
 
 Desired Skills and Qualifications 
 
 
  • Prior experience developing and delivering trainings focused on anti-corruption;
  • Fluency in a Middle or Near Eastern Language
