Responsibilities include: The successful candidate will be responsible for the training coordination and record keeping including, but not limited to, all regulatory compliance training, site specific, new hire, annual refresher, etc. as per submitted training plan. Other duties as assigned.
SELECTION CRITERIA
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this job, applicants must meet these basic requirements:
• Five (5) years underground experience preferred
• Previous experience as an underground trainer preferred
• Proven safety record required
• Good presentation skills required
• Strong safety and leadership skills required
• Good communication, computer and organization skills required
• Ability to promote safety in training and lead by example required
