Key Accountabilities:
- Design, create & upgrade technical training materials, PowerPoint presentations, handouts and learner resource materials.
- Develop and upgrade existing course note graphics, drawings, symbols and diagrams
- Work with Petrofac Training’s global business units to identify and prioritise upgrade schedules
- Undertake word processing, data entry and other tasks, operate M.S. office software, and use the Internet to ensure that all competency standards are in the right format and style
- Provide project based support for the development of commercial tenders, consultancy reports and presentations
- Ensure all training materials are fully compliant with corporate branding guidelines and consistency of housestyle is applied across the business
- Support marketing and communications teams in the development of promotional materials
- Work alongside IT on the implementation of a global central repository for all learning materials, as and when required
- Advise and implement new media technologies where applicable across the business to support the delivery of training and assessment services

Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Chemical Process or Engineering discipline desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in graphically developing leading edge technical training materials for the energy sector related industries (Oil & Gas /Chemicals / Petrochemicals industry or similar related industrial environment)
- Ability and flexibility when required to travel to PTS global operating sites.
- Minimum of 5 years International work experience including cultural awareness.
