Job Description
Head of Marketing is responsible to grow the competitive market through strategic marketing initiatives. You will also play a critical role in developing effective marketing strategies to increase loyalty, up-sell and cross sell opportunity. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Communication, the key responsibilities are: 
  • Develop and manage creative marketing strategy, plans and budget
  • Develop appropriate channel initiatives such as website, traditional and digital awareness and develop effective lead generation campaigns
  • Measure the performance of different products and initiative including organize a research approach to understand and analyze market evolution and changes
  • Implement new marketing initiatives at all level and ensure successful synergies between retention, innovation, customer satisfaction and intermediary service support to deliver
  • Identify opportunity and problem areas and recommend new market penetration, market campaigns or initiatives that will drive revenue growth
  • Recommend adjustments to plan and programs as appropriate based upon ongoing analysis of markets, segments or competition
  • Develop strategic marketing direction for the business in new market opportunities


The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have the strategic mindset with a high level of drive, creativity and passion to be part of an ambitious growing business. He/She will have to adopt a high level of commercial acumen and business understanding to expand the market. 
  • At least 8 years of working experience in the Insurance industry, Bank, FMCG and knowledge in extensive marketing projects
  • Analytical and pro-activeness in generating new ideas
  • Understanding of the product, distribution life cycles and market evolution
  • Self-motivated and ambitious individual with a strong desire for personal and professional growth
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Good knowledge of marketing techniques
  • High level of passion and ability to constantly think “out of the box” and challenge the norm
