Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure all confidential documents are controlled and kept in a safe location
- Manage and run reports, provide lists/information data as required
- Arrange Visas and complete project related records
- Assist in the new hire process which includes reference checks, filing, arranging for pre-employment medical checks etc
- Support in the recruitment, interview and travel arrangements for the short listed candidates
- Responsible to enroll employees in courses/trainings/seminars
- Maintain and update training records of employees
- Compensation & benefits administration employee relations and welfare
- Ensure all personnel files are current, accurately maintained and stored in secure environment
- Preparing and providing reports as requested by Management
- Managing events and branding as required

Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- A formal undergraduate degree or similar qualification would be desirable
- Additional qualifications in the area of Human Resources would be an added advantage
- The incumbent should have had experience of HR Operations and having managed employee lifecycle processes for large organizations for at least 3-5 years.
- Prior experience in scheduling and logistics planning would be an added advantage
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Should be able to demonstrate high levels of confidentiality
- Skills in database management and recording
- Experience in administration of benefits and basic HR programs
