Job Purpose Airport Operation Development Programme Description As the world’s fastest growing commercial airline, Etihad Airways always offers significant opportunities for Omani National fresh graduates to pursue their professional and personal goals, therefore we would like to invest in you by giving you the opportunity to be one of the elite students selected to join our Airport Operation Graduate Programme.   It is a structured 3 years Training Programme that develop talented individuals who are carefully selected. Train and coach them in all aspects of the Airport Operations. The programme is underpinned with an IATA Diploma to elevate the Aviation knowledge of those Omanis and to become future leaders and be present across the network of Etihad. The training will include international assignment to destinations that Etihad operate to, and will include working in shifts. The result of this training will be qualified and well trained Duty Managers and Airport Managers. The international assignment will be based on Business Need as well as Performance of the graduates.
