Job Summary
Our Administration Office located in Rockhampton is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic full time Area Administrator to join our Administration Team. Working closely with the Area Manager you will play an integral role in the co-ordination, planning and effective management of the administration team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide management, leadership and support to all your Area Administration staff
- Provide administration support and leadership to Business Unit Administrators in the areas of invoicing, payroll, accounts payable, purchasing
- Implement office procedures
- Ensure all administration tasks are completed in the time frames given
- Provide support to various Business Unit Managers with regards to analysing monthly financial reports
Other Requirements
- A strong work ethic and integrity
- Have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A systematic and organized approach to work
- The ability to use initiative and problem solve proactively
- The ability to both work as part of a team, and to encourage and foster a team environment
