Director - Human Resouces

Reference number: 4601212
Location: Bedfordshire
Our staff and volunteers bring their passion, skill, flair, loyalty and hard work to our
cause every day, allowing us to do our best for the nature that needs us. Saving nature
is complex, long-term and challenging. Everyone matters. We need the combined skills
of all our people, working together with a shared sense of purpose and commitment.
We're looking for an inspiring and collaborative leader who is passionate about
harnessing the power of these people to save nature. You will thrive on the challenge
of aligning collective hearts and minds, leading and enabling the changes needed to
achieve our vision for the RSPB and nature.
Your experience of leading corporate change will be underpinned by professional
credibility in the HR field. You will lead the development and implementation of our
workforce strategy and champion the changes in culture, values and behaviour that are required to deliver the organisation's bold vision. The strategic direction and leadership
that you provide for the Human Resources Directorate will enable and support the
delivery of our business and the changes we need to make.
We've consistently demonstrated that the RSPB refuses to be daunted by the scale of
the challenges facing nature. From our earliest days, we've shown that when caring,
committed people work together, we really can change the world.
If you share our passion for nature conservation and helping people deliver their very
best, if you believe you can help us change, and if you are willing to step up for nature,
then I very much look forward to hearing from you.
