To create sustain & deliver first class provision of space to BBC Worldwide staff. To lead from the front, inspiring the team by demonstrating a passionate commitment to customer service, by attention to the smallest detail, setting high standards for both the visual image of all areas within the buildings and the services delivered to them. To be a visible presence & main point of contact at all times. To provide a positive, professional and seamless link between the various supply partner teams supporting BBC Worldwide staff and their guests.
Based in the Media Centre, London, you’ll be responsible for directly managing the team of WW Floor Managers and ensure that we deliver a consistent, high-quality facilities service across the businesseither via our in house team or from our service partners.
As the central facilities contact, building successful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be a key part of the role as you’ll manage all client requests and escalations, allocate resources and oversee all supplier contracts
Alongside this, you’ll be responsible for appropriate recording and communication of information, adhering fully to Health and Safety procedures and may at times support the Head of Properties with minor projects.
Substantial experience of delivering a FM service is essential, as is experience with both internal teams and supplier managment.
A collaborative and solution focused style will be key to influencing a range of stakeholders across the business and where you’ll be making tough decisions personal accountability and resilience will be an asset.
