This candidate will be responsible for providing expertise to clients in the following ways:
Process
o Defining existing processes and documenting standard operating procedures including scope, controls, and stakeholders.
o Producing process maps
o Using Lean Management and Six Sigma skills
o Applying decision-making processes and conflict-resolution
Performance
o Defining process and operational control points
o Defining performance measures, data collection, reporting, analysis, and presentations
o Using Balanced Business Scorecard
Deloitte Consulting LLP Deloitte Consulting LLP Bachelors degree in business or related field
Must be able to obtain and maintain required federal government security clearance
4-7+ years consulting experience
4-7+ years experience conducting business process improvement / business process re-engineering efforts
4+ years experience years experience supporting working group / meeting facilitation and interface with client Senior leadership to develop process improvement deployment strategies
Experience utilizing and applying Lean / six sigma methodologies
Position-specific Desired Skills :
Advanced degree (MBA or MPA) OR 8 years of related experience preferred
4-7+ years Big 4 consulting experience preferred
Lean Six Sigma certifications a plus
Experience in federal program assessment or evaluation, criminal justice, public safety, or related programs, Federal Grants Management, or grants policy development helpful.
