Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Deliver the highest quality of service as defined by the Team Leader.
- Meet Service Level Agreements and productivity targets.
- Responsible for corporate accounting for their entities under scope.
- Prepare all GL account reconciliations appropriately updated on monthly basis following corporate accounting policies.
- Act as controller of the countries under scope raising early alerts on accounting and business concerns.
- Manage month end close GL activities and meet TR global reporting timetable.
- Perform SOX controls under scope and store the required evidences.
- Support Statutory BUC in the provision and understanding of corporate accounting.
- Coordinate with PTP team the appropriate vendor invoices, purchasing and cash application accounting.
- Look for efficiencies on accounting processes and administrative circuits related.
- Active collaboration with other accounting requirements.
