Senior Support Engineer Intel Corporation - Cordoba


Responsible for the distribution, installation, operations, and troubleshooting of site distributed computing environment. Participate in software projects and deployment plans. Analyze work group systems and recommend solutions. Execute production processes. Perform/manage changes to servers/environment. Drive day to day business needs by managing processes and/or workflow. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment. Good communication skills to influence stakeholders. Very well English knowledge, both written and spoken. Responsible of the design of a metric collection mechanism to be used to analyze the business.  Automatizes product deployment in production or other environments. Leads suppliers to implement the mechanism needed to support product operations. Monitoring and remediation of the product in production environment.

Desired Skills & Experience


You should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, with at least 7 years of related experience.

  • High availability systems
  • Nagios, Gomez
  • Puppet
